Information stored
The platform stores your account information, property details, maintenance records, repair history, item inventory, and documents you upload. Passwords are hashed. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in this application.
How information is used
Your information is used to operate your account, calculate rule-based scores, generate maintenance plans, store records, send requested reminders, and process purchases through Stripe. Hosting, storage, and email providers process data needed to deliver these services.
Optional AI photo assessments
When you submit a photo assessment with consent, we send a resized photo without embedded location metadata, your description, and relevant home details to OpenRouter and the configured AI provider. Requests exclude your address and account identity and use provider routing that disallows data collection. Provider processing terms still apply. Processing photos are deleted after an attempt finishes or expires; descriptions and saved assessments remain private property records. They are excluded from public reports. AI observations may be incorrect and do not replace a professional inspection.
Sharing controls
Your reports and files are private by default. Creating a public report link makes the address, score, task plan, repair titles and dates, and item information available to anyone holding the link. Documents, private notes, contractors, repair costs, and billing information are excluded. You can revoke or regenerate links in your dashboard.
Cookies and security
Essential session and CSRF cookies keep your account signed in and help protect actions you take. Private files are accessed through authenticated, short-lived links. No advertising or affiliate tracking is included in this version.
Retention and deletion
Property records are retained while your account is in use. You can delete properties and individual records from the dashboard. Backups and payment records may remain according to the operator’s retention and legal requirements. Contact the service operator for account data requests.
