Provide accurate information, protect your login, and upload only records you have the right to store. You remain responsible for the information you add and for deciding who receives a public report link.
Guidance and limitations
Scores, maintenance schedules, and cost estimates are based on owner-provided details and configurable rules. They are not professional inspections, appraisals, warranties, safety certifications, or contractor quotes. Consult qualified professionals before making safety, repair, or property decisions.
Plans and payments
Current prices and property allowances appear on the pricing page and at checkout. One-time purchases apply to the selected property. Annual memberships renew until canceled. Use the billing portal to manage your subscription. Changes to published prices apply to new purchases; existing subscription prices are managed through Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another person’s records, misrepresent the condition of a property, or interfere with the platform. Access may be restricted for misuse or violations of applicable law.
Availability and ownership
You retain ownership of your uploaded information. You allow the operator and its service providers to process that information to deliver the platform. Keep independent copies of important documents and consult the operator’s final agreement for availability and liability terms.
